The British TV presenter and model has opened up about her weight loss journey while giving fans a sneak peek at her upcoming range — scroll down to see the looks everyone is talking about.

She's 54, she's fierce, and she just broke the internet in a bikini. Lisa Snowdon set pulses racing this past week when she shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of her summer swimwear shoot for Bon Marché, filmed on location in sun-drenched Mallorca.

The British TV presenter and model looked nothing short of sensational as she posed on golden beaches and rocky coastlines — and fans could not contain themselves. The Instagram reel, posted on Wednesday, showed Snowdon working through several looks from her upcoming summer collection.

In one striking sequence captured on video below, she wore a colourful printed bikini on a breezy beach, laughing and moving naturally as a photographer captured the shots — a far cry from the stiff, overly polished imagery usually associated with swimwear campaigns.

She also modelled a forest-green one-piece paired with a floral kimono cover-up, a vibrant teal swimsuit as she reclined on a bamboo sun lounger, and a flowing tropical-print maxi dress filmed along a scenic coastal road.

A crisp white embroidered co-ord and a chic black-and-white striped knit dress rounded out the shoot, showcasing a full summer wardrobe that felt effortlessly wearable. But it was the swimwear that stopped thumbs mid-scroll.

"This looks unreal the prints are fabulous 😍😍," one follower gushed breathlessly in the comments. "When will this range be available. I love your range at bon marché. You are such an inspiration to all women 👏 [sic]," another implored, clearly already sold.

The praise kept flooding in. "Lisa looks absolutely stunning," a third admirer declared, simply and sincerely.

And one fan pushed back against any suggestion that Snowdon's physique was anything other than earned. "Diet and hard work she's in the limelight if it was anything else it would be out there [sic]," they insisted firmly.

Snowdon herself has been refreshingly candid about the work behind the transformation. In her mid-40s, she noticed her weight had crept up by three stone — a shift she attributed to the hormonal upheaval of menopause and some honest lifestyle habits she wasn't proud of.

"I was drinking a lot of coffee, having too much booze and eating lots of white rice," she admitted openly. "So, I had a little talk with myself."

She has spoken publicly about the frustrating reality of menopause and how it slowed her metabolism at a time when she felt least equipped to deal with it. Rather than turning to quick fixes, Snowdon overhauled her daily routine with quiet determination.

"Whenever I can, I have my last meal before 6pm — something light such as lean protein and vegetables — and then won't eat for another 12 hours, which puts my body into a calorie deficit," she explained. "When I eat late it affects my sleep and that affects my cortisol levels. And if I'm not careful that leads to chocolate biscuits or too many slices of toast with peanut butter!"

Movement has been equally central to her approach. She aims for 12,000 steps a day, combines weightlifting with resistance training, and tracks her health data using an Oura Ring. She's also said she focuses less on the number on the scales and more on how her clothes fit — a mindset shift that has clearly served her well.

Through it all, Snowdon has remained grounded about what the journey really means. "Even though I managed to lose most of the weight-gain associated with menopause, I think we have to realise that bodies change as we get older," she has reflected. "I'm a bit bigger than I was in my 20s, and that's fine and totally normal."

Normal, maybe. But in that bikini, on that beach, at 54? Anything but ordinary.
