Mama June is famous for her reality television show, and the recent news surrounding her and her boyfriend. She has an elder sister, Doe Doe, who, though not as famous, is a sweet and doting grandma.

Aunt Doe Doe as she is known in her younger sister’s reality show, "Mama June: From Not to Hot," adores her grandson a whole lot, and most of her posts on social media are either about him or her family members.

A visit to the 55-year-old’s Twitter page shows just how much she dotes on her grandson. If she is not tweeting about how much she misses him, she is sharing a picture of the time they spent together.

Doe Doe’s Instagram page tells a similar story, as it has a full gallery of pictures, her adorable grandson and other members of her family. There is no denying that Doe Doe is a lover of family, and loves to have everyone around.

DOE DOE MISSES HER SISTER

Mama June is presently surrounded by controversies concerning her relationship with her boyfriend, Geno Doak. The duo was arrested in March on allegations of possessing cocaine.

Those allegations and her continued absence from home forced Mama June’s youngest daughter, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” to leave her mother’s house and stay with her sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon and her husband, Joshua Efird.

The family hasn’t seen or heard from Mama June, and reports emerged recently that she and Geno are living the casino life. The reports say the pair visit gambling centers, spending most of their time there, and sometimes even sleeping over.

Those reports were confirmed in the special episode of the reality television show when Pumpkin revealed her mother’s casino-visiting activities with Geno.

Despite all of the controversies, Doe Doe still craves her sister and makes that fact known to the world when she posted a picture of both of them on Instagram.

In the post, she prayed that Mama June would return to her family members, who loved her unconditionally so that they would go through the issues as one.

PUMPKIN AND HONEY BOO BOO ARE MOVING ON WITHOUT THEIR MOM

The girls are reportedly fed up with their mom’s misdemeanors and are moving on without her. They made this choice after she also chose her boyfriend over the family.

Pumpkin, in particular, tweeted about having to bear her mother’s responsibility and stated she was pressured by filling in for Mama June.
