'7 Little Johnstons' Post 'before' & 'after' Photos of Their Renewed Kitchen
While fans are left wondering if a seventh season of the hit TLC series, “7 Little Johnstons” is on the way, the family took the time out to do some house remodeling.
They posted pictures of their remodeled kitchen on social media, along with its old look. Since their reality family series premiered in 2015, “7 Little Johnstons” has easily become a family favorite.
From seeing the hilarious couple struggle with raising five teenagers, to watching bouts of teenage dramas from the high schoolers. It has been awesome all the way.
The family’s life has been on screen for years, with all happenings filmed for public view on the show. But since the final episode of the sixth season aired in May, fans have been left yearning for a taste of what new adventures they were up to.
NOW THEY HAVE A NEW KITCHEN
The Johnstons know exactly how to oblige their fans, taking to social media to give a little peep into their lives.
In a recent Instagram post, the family shared pictures of their kitchen, which is now a new variant of what most were used to in their renovated 1981 home in Forsyth, Georgia. In a series of about five photos, they shared the “Before” and “After” looks of their renewed kitchen.
The transformation from the brown, polished-wood country style kitchen, into a more contemporary luxury white one, could not be missed. And more alarming is the fact that it was all done by the Johnstons. Good job, Team 7LJ.
ANOTHER RESTORATION INTENDED
The Johnstons kitchen might not be the only thing that needed renewing in the family. The comedic Mr. and Mrs. Johnson’s marriage just might need one as well.
Following the release of the season 6 of “7 Little Johnstons,” which showed the family in a state of tension, rather than the usual jolly, fun-filled home, fans have been left wondering if the couple was indeed heading for a divorce.
After over two decades of being married, the couple, Trent Johnston and Amber Johnston hit a rough road that threatened to tear the family apart.
THE JOHNSTONS ARE NOT BOTHERED
Despite increasing fears of an imminent divorce, the Johnston parents are convinced that they would work it out like they always do.
The forty-year-old mother, Amber said in an interview that the tensions were a result of the stress from dealing with the kids. She sees it as a challenging mark they had to scale through. She revealed to Goodhousekeeping:
“We not only hit a big mark with the kids and all of them having their own personalities, but it’s definitely put a heavy strain on Trent and I.”
Their daughter, Elizabeth, 17 has also dealt with relationship issues in the past. In the 5th season of the series, Elizabeth opened up about her relationship with James Burdette, whom she dated for two years.
The teenager found it hard to deal with the breakup at the time. Taking time off from her phone and keeping herself busy with the arts helped her overcome those painful moments.
Hopefully, the 17-year-old’s parents would get a little heads up from her and work things out before getting to that state.
