Beyoncé Fuels Pregnancy Rumors after Photo in Lavender Dress with High Slit

Beyoncé fans are convinced the singer is pregnant after she modeled a lavender dress in several photos shared to social media recently. See for yourself below.

If there’s any celebrity who has been the subject of pregnancy rumors one too many times, it’s Beyoncé Knowles-Carter. Yet, here we are again with a considerable number of the Beyhive claiming the same thing.

The latest rumors spun out of control after the music superstar took to Instagram with photos of herself wearing a lavender dress with diagonal thigh-high slit and matching accessories.

Besides sporting sunglasses, a snakeskin purse, and lipstick all in different shades of purple, Beyoncé also posed at some point with purple flowers, leading her fans to believe she must be passing across a message.

SOCIAL MEDIA REACTIONS

Taking note of her fuller frame and the purple theme, Beyoncé’s fans went into overdrive in the comment section. The 37-year-old is a mom to daughter Blue Ivy, 7, and two-year-old twins Rumi and Sir, but it appears the Beyhive wouldn’t mind more.

“This is her pregnancy announcement,” one Instagram user boldly declared. “Y’all know Bey sneaky af.”

FAN THEORIES

“Sis you pregnant & I know you not supposed to say stuff like this to women, but you pregnant,” echoed another.

A third fan offered quite an elaborate theory:

“So I think she’s trying to tell us she’s pregnant and all the purple it’s because the baby will be born in February which is February birthstone [sic]”

One Instagram user even went as far as backing up their claim by suggesting the “Spirit” singer had swollen ankles:

“She definitely pregnant you can see it in her face AND them ankles. Child!!! I’m so ready for y’all world domination!! Have like 10 Carter babies!!”

DÉJÀ VU

So far, Beyoncé has not responded to the speculations, and it’s quite unlikely that she would. The 23-time Grammy winner has a reputation for not addressing rumors, and even when she does, it’s with subtle hints.

Last year, when pregnancy rumors went into high gear after she was spotted cradling her stomach while leaving a dinner date with her husband, Jay-Z, Beyoncé had the perfect response.

QUEEN BEY'S PAST REACTIONS

At the time, Bey and Jay-Z were on the road for their "On The Run II" world tour, and the rumors had surfaced after fans claimed she sported a bump on stage and chose costumes that covered up her midsection.

Choosing to clear the air during their Ohio stop on tour, Beyoncé rubbed her stomach as she sang lyrics to her hit song “Flawless” – “I woke up like this.”

More recently, in March, Beyoncé’s choice of outfit also sparked a heated debate among fans online.

The singer and her husband attended the 2019 GLAAD Awards, and while her loose-fitting mini tuxedo dress was applauded by many, others were sure it was picked strategically to cover up a baby bump.

Despite the back-and-forth that went on in her comment section at the time, Beyoncé stayed quiet on the speculations, and we suspect that will be her reaction to the latest pregnancy rumor frenzy featuring Queen Bey.
