Dr Oz's Daughter Daphne Shares Photo of Her Eldest Child Meeting Baby Gigi for the First Time
Daphne Oz share's the first pictures of her newborn daughter meeting her husband and the rest of her family.
The former co-host for “The Chew” and daughter to television personality, Dr. Mehmet Oz, welcomed her fourth child, on August 14.
After giving birth to her daughter, Giovanna “Gigi” Ines Jovanovic, she was joined in the hospital by her husband, John Jovanovic. The couple’s daughters, Philomena Jovanovic and Domenica Jovanovic, and their son Jovan Jovanovic were also there to welcome baby “Gigi.” Sharing the news on Instagram she writes:
“Our beautiful girl is here!! Giovanna Ines Jovanovic (Gigi!!) joined our family Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 9:03pm and our hearts and hospital bed have never been so full.”
Cradling her baby under her gown, Oz share's pictures of herself surrounded by her children in a hospital bed.
Some of her famous celebrity friends and her father were amongst the first people to congratulate her.

In a post thanking everyone for all their well wishes, she shares another photo from her hospital bed, saying:
“Thank you so much for celebrating with us!! we’re home now and settling in to life as a family of 6 this was when my biggest and my littlest met for the first time.”
The proud mother is shown cradling her two daughters, with Gigi resting peacefully on her chest.
Oz has been very public with her pregnancy often sharing some personal moments on Instagram and on television with audiences. Most notably, she shared her gender reveal on her father’s new show, “The Dish on Oz.”
Her gender reveal can be added to the list of most unique reveals. Oz chose to reveal the news with a pan of lasagne.
When sliced the lasagne contained a pink filling, revealing to audiences that she was expecting a girl.
Oz has documented most of her pregnancies with the hope of empowering women and helping them to redefine the negative perceptions on pregnancy. During her third pregnancy, she shares:
“I decided to share it with all of you because the female body is worth so much more than objectification, scrutiny, comparison, hatred...we do so much in this skin.”
The mother of four has certainly embraced all the ups and downs of motherhood. Her honesty is refreshing and makes her even more relatable to audiences.
