Tika Sumpter showed off her mother on Instagram, and fans can't help but notice how much they look alike!

On August 26, Tika Sumpter blessed fans with an unexpected guest on her Instagram.

The actress shared a heartwarming photo of herself and her mother at the D23 Expo.

The "Nobody's Fool" star showed off her natural beauty as she posed for a selfie with her mum. The caption of the post read:

"Grateful I get to share so many amazing moments w my mommy."

While Tika looked phenomenal in the picture, fans couldn't seem to get over the fact that she looked so much like her mum! It was sure reflected in their various comments.

TIKA AND HER INTERRACIAL MARRIAGE TO NICHOLAS JAMES

While it might seem that Tika is a fan's favorite, she has been at the receiving end of backlash for her marriage to actor Nicholas James, who is white.

While promoting her film "Nobody's Fool," Tika dished on some of the negative comments she has received for her interracial marriage and how she handles them.

Tika said:

"There are a few haters. Which is fine because I feel like something's going on in your own life that you're not happy about for you to be all up in my love life."

She continued:

"I fell in love with who I fell in love with. And that's the end of the story. But you're not going to play him, and you're not going to play me. I may be cute and sweet, but I will clap back."

The 39-year-old stayed true to her words when she was dragged on Twitter by some black men who called her a 'bed wench.'

It happened when a Twitter user shared a photo of a young white male named Nick James and assumed the man in the picture was Tika's man.

When the actress got wind of the discussion, she stepped in and clapped back gracefully.

She shared a steaming hot photo of herself and James and advised the haters to do better. She went further to wish them luck in finding love as she did.

HER DREAM PROPOSAL

During a sit down with the women of "The Real," Tika recounted how the "The Haves and the Have Nots" star proposed to her and described it as simple and beautiful."

She recalled that he had her do a little bit of treasure hunting and she had a hint that he was about to propose.

However, he switched things up and distracted her with Peloton bike and let their daughter Ella, drop the big news!

Tika and James have been together for about three years, and they are still going strong!
