TMZ: Actor Kevin Hart's Accident Could've Been Caused by Speeding Judging by Screeching Tire Tracks
Actor and comedian Kevin Hart was involved in a serious car accident, and Police suspect speeding was the cause.
News broke on September 1, 2019, that Kevin Hart had been involved in a serious car accident in Los Angeles.
Although the actor exited the damaged vehicle and went home, he was later rushed to the hospital and underwent back surgery.
KEVIN HART WAS NOT BEHIND THE WHEEL
Hart, who is a car enthusiast, was not behind the wheel if the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. The driver was his friend, Jared Black, and his fiancee, Rebecca Broxterman was traveling in the backseat.
Witnesses have revealed that the car turned at high speed from Cold Canyon onto Mulholland Highway when it veered off the road and smashed into some fencing.

KEVIN HART'S FRIENDS WERE TRAPPED IN THE CAR
Although Hart was able to exit the vehicle without great difficulty, Black and Broxterman were trapped under the crushed Plymouth roof. Black was airlifted to UCLA Medical Center, but no further updates on his condition have been issued.

Shortly after the surgery, Hart's wife, Eniko Parrish Hart reassured the anxious fans and the media that her husband had made it through the surgery with flying colors and that his prognosis was excellent.

After the news of the accident broke many members of the hip hop community reached out to Hart, wishing him well and a speedy recovery.

Kevin Hart is home and on the mend, and we join our well-wishes to those of his millions of fans.
