Being a TV star is a busy affair, and Drew Scott from "Property Brothers" knows it pretty well. In between shows and professional projects, the star finds it hard to sneak in some quality with the love of his life who he married in 2018.

Scott and his wife, Linda Phan, have been married for over a year now. Phan is the creative director for Scott Brothers Entertainment, so the couple work alongside each other most of the time.

SNEAKING "US TIME" IN BETWEEN WORK

Despite working together, Scott and Phan can barely manage to spend quality time together outside the office, a fact that Scott previously shared with his fans on Instagram.

According to the "Property Brothers" star, it's not easy for the couple to make time for themselves amid their busy lives.

Scott also shared that he and Phan love having their friends around and they are guilty of turning everything into a "big group thing," even when they went for their honeymoon.

"It's just that we really do love hanging out with our friends and fam!"

A FAIRYTALE WEDDING

The lovebirds tied the knot back in May 2018 and the ceremony was nothing short of magical. Back then, the couple told PEOPLE that their wedding "couldn’t have been more magical."

Scott and Phan got married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Italy in the presence of over 300 guests who flew in from Canada, Latin America, United States, and Scotland.

“Surrounded by so many loved ones in such a beautiful place was unreal," the couple told PEOPLE on their big day. "We are very, very lucky. Friends, family, amazing food, blue skies and being even more in love than ever before — what more could we ask for?”

While Phan looked amazing in a Claire Pettibone dress for the big day, Scott and his groomsmen looked amazing in kilts by Claymore Imports.

THEY PLANNED AHEAD FOR KIDS

Before Scott and Phan tied the knot, the duo remodeled their house in Los Angeles to make sure that they had enough room when they welcome their kids into the world.

“I wanted to make sure this house can function for kids, too,” Drew said in an interview with PEOPLE. “So at the end of the day between the aesthetic and the function this is the ultimate home.”

Phan revealed that she and her husband plan on being at the house "for a long time," adding that she was willing to give up her craft room to make space for a nursery.

While Drew is busy juggling his personal and professional life, his brother Jonathan is enjoying his relationship with his new girlfriend, Zooey Deschanel.
