"Winchester" actress, Helen Mirren looks younger, as she makes a royal entrance at the Premiere of "Catherine the Great."
It was a fantastic sight to behold, as the septuagenarian was brought to the Premiere in a cart.
Just Jared in an Instagram post shares a few pictures of the grand entrance of the veteran actress; in the first picture,
Mirren is seated in a royal-themed chair, in a cart, with its door opened; the "Excalibur" star is dressed in a black top and wide-legged trousers, wearing a friendly smile and crossing her legs.
Her fingers are adorned with gold-themed rings. Another sight to behold is the classy screen goddess being carried in a cart by four men dressed in a Japanese-styled outfit, with black boots.
The cart is finally set down; Mirren steps out with a bold smile at the cameras taking an army of pictures of the glamor-filled appearance.
In the new movie, Mirren acts as Empress Catherine; a powerful female who ruled Russia between 1762-1796. The series will portray the love life, wars, and the politics of the Empress.
A DISTINCTIVE SCREEN ICON
The London-based actress has been active since 1966, only a handful of actors can boast of her resume. The Hollywood Walk of Fame star recipient starred in many movies, starting with the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1967 when she became a member of the British National Theatre.
A FASHIONISTA PERSONIFIED
The actress has also proven to be a boss lady in the fashion world, as she dazzles in various vogue outfits. In 2016 during the "Eye in the Sky" Premiere, Mirren was captured rocking a black one-piece suit with a white undershirt and holding a matching black purse with her hair styled to the back. She appeared at last year's Power of Women Awards in a black suit, kaftan, and a bag.
The multi-talented actress has bagged many competitive awards, she's one of the few people in the industry who has earned the Triple Crown of Acting, an Academy Award. Mirren also has 11 Emmys and 13 Golden Globes Awards.
