R Kelly Reportedly Hit with Legal Papers from Mississippi Sheriff over Allegedly Breaking up His Marriage

R. Kelly has been accused of ruining a marriage. According to his accuser, Kenny Bryant, Kelly engaged in a 5-year-affair with his wife and even gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

A sheriff who previously accused R. Kelly of ruining his marriage has filed new court documents requesting a default judgment over his case.

In 2017, Bryant filed a case against Kelly accusing him of ruining his marriage and causing him emotional, psychological and financial losses.

In 2017, Kenny Bryant sued Kelly for having an affair with his wife, Asia Childress during their marriage. He accused the singer of causing his divorce and filed a case against him in Mississippi where spouses are allowed to file cases for cheating.

According to Bryant in court papers obtained by The Blast, around October 2012, just months after he wed Childress, Kelly became involved intimately with his wife who the singer previously dated prior to her marriage to Bryant. They rekindled their relationship after Childress attended Kelly’s concert.

For five years, Bryant believed Kelly and Childress were engaged in an affair. In fact, his wife suggested they move to Georgia not knowing then that it was an attempt to be closer to the singer. Though he agreed to the move, it became a financial burden to him after failing to find a stable job. Childless eventually asked for a divorce.

In 2017, Bryant filed a case against Kelly accusing him of ruining his marriage and causing him emotional, psychological and financial losses. He also revealed Kelly gave his wife Chlamydia during their affair. Kelly countered by denying he ever slept with Childress or causing her marriage to end.

Kelly is currently behind bars awaiting trial for several sexual assault charges he’s been accused of. Just last week, his lawyer Steve Greenberg requested his release due to his deteriorating health...

Since then, two judges have recused themselves from the case. But Bryant isn’t giving up. He recently filed documents requesting a default judgment since Kelly has been tied up in jail. He asked for a trial date back in June but the singer was arrested for more serious charges a month later before a date could be set.

Kelly is currently behind bars awaiting trial for several sexual assault charges he’s been accused of. Just last week, his lawyer Steve Greenberg requested his release due to his
