Christina Anstead of 'Flip or Flop' Slams Tabloid for Claiming Husband Ant Imposes Strict Rules for Family on Weekends
Christina Anstead slammed on Instagram a media outlet after it reported that her husband allegedly imposed “strict rules” for their family on the weekends.
According to OK Magazine, Christina’s husband, Ant, forced his family to follow some rules while watching soccer games in their neighborhood every Saturday.
Apart from adding some emojis, the “Flip or Flop” host added the hashtag “Fail.”

OK Magazine's false report
They focused on a tweet that Ant shared on October 5 in which he described the soccer game as “Silent Saturday.” In it, the car enthusiast pointed out that nobody was allowed to speak, cheer, or talk and that only clapping was allowed. He added:
“I kinda miss the overbearing, judgy, pressurized, aggressive, sideline pacing dads! It adds a dynamic that makes the game and sideline a must-watch.”
Apart from that, OK Magazine emphasized that Christina uploaded a photo on her Instagram stories labeling the “Silent Saturday” as “so boring.”
All those aspects intended to portray Ant as a “tough dad,” as they described him in the title of the note, who wouldn’t “let his kids” make noise during the soccer games.
Clarifying everything
Knowing how things really are, Christina took to her Instagram Stories to slam the media outlet and explain everything. In her post, she screenshotted the article and wrote:
“If you actually read our posts, ‘silent Saturday’ was a thing put on by the entire soccer league, not [Ant Anstead] telling his fam they have to be ‘silent.’”
Apart from adding some emojis, the “Flip or Flop” host added the hashtag “Fail.”

Announcing the birth of her youngest child
It is not the first time that Christina and her family makes headlines recently. On September 6, she took to Instagram to announce the birth of her baby boy with Ant, Hudson London Anstead.
In the photo, Christina appeared lying on a bed while holding Hudson, who was wrapped in a white blanket, in her arms. Ant was right next to the mother-and-son duo.
For the caption, the proud mother-of-three wrote:
“Ant and I are so excited to welcome Hudson London Anstead into the world. Our hearts are SO full of love and joy! Our healthy baby boy was born this morning- 9/6/19 - 7 lbs 7 oz 19.5 inches long.”
While most people tend to choose the name of their babies early on the pregnancy, Christina and Ant waited for a long time. In fact, when she was 35 weeks pregnant, she shared a photo on social media, reminding Ant that it was time to pick a name.
