However, the five children aren't from the same man. Ross and Evan are her sons from her second marriage to Norwegian businessman, shipping magnate, and mountaineer Arne Naess Jr.
Although Arne died over a decade ago, his children still have him in their memory. To that effect, Daily Mail made it
that Evan had plans to honour his late father.
The revelation came after a clip from the actor's reality TV show, Ashlee + Evan, surfaced online. In the clip, the father-of-one tells his daughter that he intends climbing a mountain with her uncle, Ross.
During the show's confessional, Evan recalls a lesson his father taught him
:
"One of the biggest things I got from my father growing up was you can face certain fears, and no matter what, you can push through."
Evan also remembered his father during his brother Ross' 32nd birthday on October 7.
The 31-year-old took to Instagram to share a couple of photos that gave fans a glimpse of the duo's late father as they enjoy some time besides what looks like a body of water.
While the two boys are rocking colourful shirts, their father is rocking a black shirt, white pants, and cap combo. Evan captioned the post:
"Happy Birthday @rossnaess!!! Im so lucky ur my brother. I love you; I look up 2 you. You are my best friend!!!! So excited to celebrate u my broskiiii."
Fans took to the comment section to let Evan know just how much they 'loved' the picture with his late dad.
This post won't be the actor's first time sharing a glimpse into his father's life after he passed in 2004. As Heavy recounts, Evan's father fell to his death after his climbing equipment reportedly came undone.
The account adds that the then 66-year-old Arne fell over 300 feet. Before the incident, Arne was known for his mountain climbing trips and had even conquered Mount Everest.
Diana and Arne ended their marriage in 2000 after thirteen years together.
