Wendy Williams Reveals What She Wants in a Man - Good Conversation and a Heavy Credit Card

Wendy Williams candidly says that her two qualifications in dating a man involve "good conversation and a heavy credit card" following her debut at the Hollywood Walk of Fame where she also admitted that she's "climbing out of the pit."

Now that Wendy Williams is living the single life after filing for divorce from Kevin Hunter, she’s open to dating but insists on specific qualifications.

TMZ caught up with the talk show host during her day at the Hollywood Walk of Fame where she received her own star and thought to ask her about her criteria for dating a man.

“This is one of those monumental days, that, you say, ‘if you don’t believe in yourself, who’s going to believe in you?’”

It’s no secret that Wendy was in a 22-year marriage with Kevin which ended with another woman and child coming between them.

Her legal battle with Kevin turned sour when they couldn’t agree on the terms of their division of assets. Being the bigger earner, Wendy was reportedly required to fund Kevin's new living arrangement as a start.

Having learned from her past errors, Wendy is using that to filter the men she intends to date. When asked by TMZ recently what it would take for a man to date her, she quickly replied, “A 'good conversation and a heavy credit card.”

Earlier in the month, she was rumored to be dating a new man who she already introduced to the staff of her show.

Wendy admitted to People during her Walk of Fame debut that it’s been “a very, very tough year” for her but that she’s slowly “climbing out of the pit.”

“This is one of those monumental days, that, you say, ‘if you don’t believe in yourself, who’s going to believe in you?’” she added.

Wendy was rumored to be losing her talk show following her rough first half of the year but it was recently announced that she has been renewed until 2022.

With that section of her life secure, Wendy will have a clearer mind to find the man that would suit her needs. Earlier in the month, she was rumored to be dating a new man who she already introduced to the staff of her show.

Wendy reportedly hinted on her show that her new man was good looking and tall but did not divulge further regarding his identity.

We’re certain that man is about her age since Wendy previously said that she wanted to date a man in his fifties like her and who has adult kids because she doesn’t want to do the whole stepmother thing.
