AGE CAN NEVER SLOW ARNOLD DOWN

The iconic actor revealed that age wasn't a barrier for him, as he felt younger than his age. He told Alison:

"I feel maybe like I'm 50 years old now. Not like I'm 72. I did a lot of the stunts, and the kicking and the fighting and I didn't run out of energy."

Alison proceeded to ask the actor if he still had the "Terminator" costumes from the previous films, to which he stated his annoyance at having to adjust the waistline.

He said:

"The waistline was a little tighter. I had to let the waistline out by about two inches, and that really [expletive] me off, I'll tell you."

EMOTIONS RUN HIGH FOR ARNIE

The new Terminator movie sees the reunion of Arnold Schwarzenegger with Linda Hamilton, who played the role of Sarah Connor in the franchise's first two installments.

Arnold spoke about Linda's performance, saying that she looked like a female version of Rambo, which to him, was the first time a woman would be seen that muscular.

The actor added "Dark Fate" was more than just an action movie, saying he was left teary-eyed after watching it. He said:

"I had tears coming down my eyes when I watched it. The only time that happened was Terminator 2."

BEING FIT IS A WAY OF LIFE FOR ARNIE

For Arnold Schwarzenegger to have been able to return to star in a Terminator movie at the age of 72, one would think that a lot of preparation would have gone into making him fit for such a role.

"I train every day. I ride bikes every day. I ski, I still do a lot of sports, so for me, it's a little more normal that I'll come in and do my action movies that I'm ready and in shape."

Even at his age, Arnold Schwarzenegger's fitness regime is one that many people wish to live up to. Way to go, Arnie!
