The YBF shared a picture of the former president taking a stroll in the streets of New York City in a dark-colored suit paired with a white shirt and dark sunglasses. He also held what seemed to be a cup of coffee in both hands.

"The '44' on the sleeve just felt like a subtle touch. Not many people could have pulled it off that way."

"President Obama was spotted hitting up #LocandaVerde restaurant for lunch in NYC today," the caption read.

Obama, 55, has garnered quite the reputation as a president who managed to combine monumental duties with an impeccable sense of style. Despite leaving the office, he continues to make headlines for his outfits.

Earlier this year, the "Audacity of Hope" author broke the internet when he appeared at a basketball game in North Carolina wearing a custom bomber jacket.

The outfit featured silver zip detailing and an embroidered "44," an apparent nod to his former position as the 44th president of the United States.

According to Harper’s Bazaar, that jacket is a Rag & Bone piece that retails for £390 (about $502), but Obama’s was a gift from the company.

Marcus Wainwright, founder and chief brand officer of Rag & Bone, reportedly revealed that they made the personalized version for Obama towards the end of his second term as president.

Per the outlet, Wainwright explained:

"It's a one-off and that's what's special about it... Making a jacket for the president, that’s [expletive] awesome. How else can you put it? When they look good in it, it’s even more gratifying… The '44' on the sleeve just felt like a subtle touch. Not many people could have pulled it off that way. He's got style."
