Kylie Jenner took to social media to clear the air regarding her "rise and shine" moment that led to rumors of her taking legal action against others using the iconic phrase.

On Sunday, Kylie made sure that fans understood that she's been getting just as much pleasure out of the "unexpected moment," she uttered the iconic words, as fans had making memes out of it.

"Guys, please don't believe everything you read," Kylie began the post. "I have not sent any 'Rise and Shine' cease and desist letters. Rise and Shine was an unexpected moment. I had a lot of fun with it, and I have laughed so hard seeing everyone’s memes since the video came out a few weeks ago."

It all started when Kylie gave a camera crew a tour of her Kylie Cosmetics office early in October. As a part of the tour, Kylie showed them Stormi's room, and she sang "rise and shine" as she flicked on the lights to her already-awake daughter.

Cased Clothing, who Kylie allegedly contacted, took to social media shortly after rumors broke out and made their stance regarding the matter crystal clear.

"KYLIE HAS NOT SENT US ANY LETTERS. We are not being sued. All Kardashian/Jenner 'hate' comments will be deleted. We do not agree with bringing people down," the company captioned a strong written denial of any legal action against them for Kylie.

If Kylie is involved in any legal action, it is against the man she filed a restraining order after he allegedly trespassed on Kylie's property late in October.

"I have suffered and continue to suffer emotional distress," Kylie reportedly stated in the documentation obtained by E! News.

After being arrested, the publication reported that the man pleaded not guilty to charges of trespassing, and repeated his plea for an additional felony charge of bringing controlled substances into the jail where he got booked.

The man reportedly made it all the way to Kylie's driveway inside the gated community, where he allegedly "aggressively" knocked on the front door wanting to speak with her. His preliminary court hearing is set from tomorrow, November 12.

Relatedly, Kylie Jenner is said to still be close to her ex Travis Scott after their split just over a month ago. The rapper performed at the Astroworld Festival, and Kylie took their daughter along to Houston to show their support.

According to Houston Chronicles, the beauty mogul got her groove on in the front row during Spanish singer Rosalia's performance, and Kylie even had a song dedicated to her.
