Adam and Danielle Busby's Lives with Their 6 Daughters before 'Outdaughtered' Fame
Before the Busby's starred in their own reality show, they were but another family in America, except with quintuplets and an older child.
Adam and Danielle Busby were ordinary people with a child named Blayke, until Danielle got pregnant and gave birth to quintuplets, Olivia, Ava, Hazel, Parker, and Riley.
The Busby family now stars in the TLC show "OutDaughtered," where they showcase their daily lives, both chaotic and calm while trying to keep things together.
While many have grown to know the personalities of each parent, some wonder what they were like before their rise to stardom. Here's a glimpse of the Busby family before fame.
HARDWORKING INDIVIDUALS
Both Adam and Danielle are hardworking parents trying to raise their family-of-eight, which of course, needs big finance to support.
Danielle went to McNeese State University, whereas Adam found a job after getting his high school diploma, according to Romper.
Thanks to their work ethic, fate played out well and the couple met while both on shift at Target, where they both worked. Danielle recalled:
"After a few months of working almost side by side together at Target, Adam finally got the courage to say a few words to me. The first words out of his mouth were 'hey beautiful.'"
However, after having the quintuplets, the couple decided that one of them had to stay home and take care of the kids.
When Danielle decided that she wanted to return to work, Adam became hesitant and an argument began. However, the couple immediately sorted things out.
LOW PROFILE
When Adam and Danielle decided to get married, they opted for a low profile wedding with only a few guests to keep an intimate vibe.
Although they kept their special day small and simple, Danielle counts it as one of the best days ever. Additionally, they found it challenging to plan as it took place after Hurricane Rita damaged the venue they initially chose.
The couple didn't really mind the important details for their day and instead focused on the fact that they were going to spend the rest of their lives together.
COMFY-LIVING BEFORE THE QUINTUPLETS
Although starring in their own reality show has helped the Busby's sustain their lifestyle, the family was living a comfortable life even before.
Both Adam and Danielle were full-time workers with well-paying jobs before the quintuplets came along and were able to get that they wanted. Danielle shared:
"Though we had some ups and downs through our years with finances, especially when infertility started when trying to have Blayke, we got back 'on out track' and got to do the things we wanted to do."
LIVING MODESTLY
Before "OutDaughtered," the Busby's resided in a modest home with three bedrooms, far smaller than what they have now.
In the early months of 2016, the family decided to move into a bigger home to accommodate their large family without compromising space.
FITNESS AS A LIFESTYLE
Among the things the couple prioritizes most is their love for fitness and making it a part of their lifestyle, despite being very busy.
Through the years, the couple managed to keep up healthy lives and maintain their figure. Danielle shared that it was one thing they prioritize in their lives.
StyleBlueprint claims that the Busby's are co-owners of a cycling studio since 2017. Danielle also is a part-owner of a fitness clothing line called CADi Fitness along with her two siblings.
ROOTED IN FAITH
If there is one thing that the Busby's maintained throughout their lives, it is their strong faith in Christianity that became the center of their family.
Both Adam and Danielle are religious and believe that everything is planned out by God, including their big family. Adam said:
"This journey that we are on is all being orchestrated to give himself glory. Sometimes we get scared of things that the doctor tells us, but it just causes us to lean on his understanding."
