Prince Andrew has been in the news lately following an Interview with the BBC, where he spoke about his friendship with the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, who committed suicide.
Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's sex trafficking victims, also accused the Duke of York, claiming that she was forced to sleep with the Prince three times, and Prince Andrew has continued to deny the claims.

The ripples of the controversy surrounding the Prince continue to be felt in his immediate family, with his daughters, Eugenie and Beatrice, reportedly said to be upset about the drama.
A source revealed to US Weekly that the girls are upset and believe that their father made a huge mistake in judgment over his association with Jeffrey Epstein.

The source further added that the Eugenie and Beatrice are sticking together, and lending support to their father, though they understand the consequences of the scandal on the performance of his duties going forward.
It was also reported that Princess Beatrice canceled her engagement party four weeks after her father stepped down from royal duties.
The engagement party was slated to hold on December 18, at the Chiltern Firehouse in London, but Beatrice had to cancel for fear of paparazzi surrounding her father and shifting the focus to him.

Instead of the engagement party, Beatrice and her fiancé, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, will hold a small gathering at their friend's apartment.
There is no saying the extent to which the scandal surrounding Prince Andrew would reach, but one definite thing is that his family is solidly behind him in all of it.
