Gisele Bündchen Shares Mirror Selfie in Two-Piece Swimsuit That Shows off Her Toned Abs
The popular model and actress flaunted her fabulous body and proved that she is one of the very best in the business when it comes to fitness.
In the Instagram story, which now unavailable, Bundchen donned a gray bikini and allowed her blond tresses to fall loosely over her shoulder.
According to Bundchen, the bikini was made by Candice Swanepoel and it was a part of her ‘Tropic of C’ clothing line. Swanepoel is also the founder and creative director of Tropic of C.
“Thank you [Candice Swanepoel] for the beautiful [Tropic of C] bikini. I loved it!” Bundchen wrote in her story to thank Swanepoel for the gift.
HER MODELING JOURNEY
The Brazilian supermodel stepped into the world of modeling at a young age of 13. She was offered a modeling job after an agent spotted her during a visit to a Sao Paulo based McDonald outlet.
Bundchen previously recalled to the “Vanity Fair” that she wasn’t sure about accepting the agent’s offer in the beginning.
"I had never seen fashion magazines and I told my mom I didn't want to be a model, and my mom wasn't sure, either.”
In her initial modeling days, Bundchen never truly felt comfortable about what she was doing on a full-time basis, she explained to "Vogue."
Despite all that, she persevered in the profession and got her first big break in 1997 after walking the ramp for some of the biggest fashion giants including Dolce & Gabbana and Versace.
STAYING FIT AFTER RETIREMENT
Bundchen retired from the world of modeling back in 2015 after realizing that her body was giving her signs that she should stop. However, four years later, she is still rocking an enviable modelesque body.
During a 2018 interview on “Good Morning America,” Bundchen revealed that she is a practitioner of meditation and yoga which not just keeps her body fit but also helps her mind stay calm.
Bundchen is currently married to four-time Super Bowl MVP, Tom Brady, with whom she tied the knot back in 2009, and is a mother to two children with him.
