Laurence Fishburne's Ex Gina Torres Shared Glimpse of Their Grown Daughter in a Recent Video

Laurence Fishburne and his former wife, Gina Torres, have been apart for a few years, but that hasn't stopped them from sharing a relationship with their child. The actor's ex recently took Instagram to show off their grown daughter.

The thrilled mom managed to spend some bonding time with her child this Christmas, and couldn't help but flaunt it to the world.

The post featured the pair jumping and smashing bodies against each other. Apart from appearing high spirited, both mother and daughter rocked a Santa colored piece.

While Gina rolled with red pants and a sleeveless top, her baby girl had a Christmas hat on. The mother's caption hinted that she is proud of the family coming together to celebrate. She wrote:

"Christmas Tree #christmaslight Love my #momanddaughtertime #myloveisreal."

The mother of one and her actor ex enjoyed more than ten decades of marital bliss before they announced that they had concluded to go their separate ways a few months after they signed the papers.

The pair successfully kept their private affairs away from the prying eyes of the media, as a statement was released to confirm their split in September 2016.

Both White and Gina have been victims of failed marriages, and while the latter was in a 15 years marriage, the former separated from his partner after 20 years of marriage.

Additionally, the "Black-ish" actor's wife stated that their decision to part ways was due to irreconcilable differences and that their happy ever after had turned out to be the opposite of what they wanted.

Gina, who is also an actress, established that irrespective of them parting ways, they will strive to prioritize the welfare of their child and themselves. According to her:

"Happily, however, our family remains intact. And we will continue to raise our daughters with love and joy and awe, as well as raise each other up with respect and love, and the continued understanding that we are in this together."

The TV personality is, however, lucky enough to have met her Prince Charming, Mr. White, who happens to be a cowboy type of man and a real estate agent.

Early in the year, the pair attended the debut of "Miss Bale," a film that starred the actress. The pair have been together since 2017, even before Gina let out the nature of her relationship with her ex to the media.
