'Charlie's Angel' Jaclyn Smith on Her Age-Defying Look
The original Charlie's Angel, Jaclyn Smith, still looks radiant at 74. The star, who had a cameo in the 2003 movie "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle," explained the secret to her beauty.
During a time where women in the film industry were depicted as damsels in distress or housewives, Smith starred in an action-packed movie about three beautiful and dangerous investigators.
The first "Angels" in the television series, Smith, Kate Jackson, and Farrah Fawcett, captured the hearts of an entire generation. Of course, there were some hiccups with the show, but it was nothing the stars obsessed about.

THE ORIGINAL ANGEL STILL LOOKING ANGELIC
During an interview with "DAILY MAIL," Smith talked about the things that help her retain the beauty that adorned the silver screen. She spoke of regular exercises and some sacrifices that were in order.
The star mentioned that healthy eating and refraining from the occasional margarita were the key. "You're looking at a clean-living girl," she told the outlet.
The "Ordinary Miracles" star also talked about how she used face-peels and rejuvenating lasers but has avoided any form of major plastic surgery. "You don't want to look like plastic," she said.
ALL ANGELS HAD CANCER
Talking more about her role, she expressed that wearing bikinis and showing skin never made her feel exploited. She said that it actually felt "revolutionary." She also mentioned that if she had felt that way, she would have quit.
Despite eating healthy, Smith discovered perhaps, one of the most heartbreaking things a woman could ever feel. In 2002, she found a lump in her breast. Thankfully, she caught it early.
Shortly after she found the anomaly, she visited the doctor. Smith asked the doctor, "Am I going to be here for my children?" The healthcare professionals assured her that she would be fine.
A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE
After a lumpectomy and radiation, the angel was ready to sprout wings. Surprisingly, all of the original angels developed some form of cancer. Jackson also developed breast cancer but recovered soon after.
Tragically, Fawcett, who developed a rare form of anal cancer, passed away back on June 25, 2009, at the age of 62. Smith talked about how the cast quipped about something being wrong with their water.
Talking about the whole "Charlie's Angels" role, the "Bridal Wave" actress mentioned that she didn't fit the character description for the role. The directors were looking for a redhead.
They wanted to balance Fawcett, a blonde, and Jackson, a brunette but fell in love with Smith after she bonded well with her potential co-stars. Smith has battled cancer and gotten through four marriages but still has her good looks by her side.
THE INSTAGRAM POST
Previously, Smith put out a picture of herself on Instagram for her fans to see. The snap featured herself in a pink dress flaunting her toned legs and her physique.
The matching flowers and the lush green lawn accentuated the former "angel's" beauty. Her fans fawned over her in the comments. The words "Beautiful" and "gorgeous" were flying everywhere in the post.
The secret to her maintaining a git body also has something to do with the diet. To add to the good habits, the former ballet dancer has a personal trainer to help her maintain her looks.
