According to Pop Culture, the 40-year-old had shared a touching post via her Instagram that saw her speaking openly about the pain of being separated from her kids:

"Well decided to get back at it. I'm not saying I'm perfect as everyday is a struggle [and] some days I just want to disappear [and] even though me [and the] kids aren't still seeing each other [and] its [been] very hard on all of us but I hope one day that will change as I want them to know I miss [and] love them very much."

Things had started going downhill for the reality TV star after she and her partner, Geno Doak, got into some trouble with the law.

Pop Culture reported that the duo had pleaded not guilty to charges related to crack cocaine possession, back in October 2019.

Mama June and Geno got arrested at a gas station in March 2019, which caused her to get charged by a grand jury in September.

While her boyfriend got indicted with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and domestic violence, Mama June got arrested on suspicion of felony possession of crack cocaine and misdemeanor possession of an apparent crack cocaine pipe.

Amid their legal challenges, the couple was spotted by observers looking disheveled as they stepped out of a hotel in Georgia, per another Pop Culture story.

The site reported that one observer who had spoken to the "Mama June: From Not to Hot" star and her man stated that the duo had been there for four days.

As it turned out, the couple has taken to squatting at different spots as they allegedly don't have a permanent home after she sold her house for $100,000 cash earlier in 2019.

During the Thanksgiving, TMZ also spotted them looking scruffy as she and Geno hit up a casino to celebrate the holiday. The site recalled that Mama June had been caught on camera a few days before Thanksgiving as she made use of an ATM at a convenience store.

Her Thanksgiving appearance at Harrah's Cherokee Hotel and Casino would reportedly be the fourth time she would be spotted at such an establishment since her legal troubles began.
