Vanessa Bryant is devastated by the news of the death of her husband, Kobe Bryant, and their daughter Gianna Bryant, but she is trying to keep it together for her three children.
In the days since Vanessa Bryant was hit with the double blow of losing her husband, Kobe Bryant, and their thirteen-year-old daughter, Gianna Bryant, in a helicopter crash that also killed seven other passengers, the family has been keeping a low profile.
However, a source close to the Bryant's told PEOPLE, it has been a very difficult time for the family, who are devastated over the loss of their loved ones.
Another source told the magazine that she is so devastated and she is struggling to keep it together, but is trying her best for her family, it was revealed:
"She can't finish a sentence without crying. But she is working very hard to pull it together for the other girls. She now has to be the strong one. Of course, you can never be prepared for this."

, Vanessa is leaning on her faith for strength, and is surrounded by a good support system of people who love her and her husband.
The source said despite their ups and downs over the years she had always thought of Kobe as her partner for life. Kobe was just as committed to his marriage, in November he posted a special tribute to his wife for when they first they met.
At the time of the tragic crash, Kobe had accompanied Gianna to a basketball game and they were on their way back to the Mamba basketball academy.
Reportedly, Kobe and Vanessa had made a pact to never travel together on helicopters when accompanying their children, so that one parent would stay with the rest of the family. Kobe is survived by his wife and three daughters, Natalia, Bianka, and Capri.
