Former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland paid a special tribute to her husband on the day of love: "You're my favorite work of art."
It was undoubtedly a happy Valentine's Day for Kelly Rowland's husband, who got a special tribute from the singer on social media.
A SWEET MESSAGE ON VALENTINES
Last Friday, Rowland took to Instagram to honor and show appreciation to her husband of six years, Tim Weatherspoon. She used a quote as her caption:
"'You make me smile, with my heart' 'You're my favorite work of art."
The singer tied the knot with Weatherspoon in an intimate 2014 ceremony in Costa Rica. The couple has since been happily married with one child together named Titan.
ROWLAND AND WEATHERSPOON'S START TO FOREVER
Rowland and Weatherspoon always had a private relationship. Hence, their low profile wedding came as no shock, although it had a few of Hollywood's biggest celebrities, including Beyonce Knowles.

The former Destiny's Child hit-maker shared the interesting and unique way her husband asked for her hand in marriage -- through skype.
Rowland's personal experience took her as far as writing a book about motherhood, entitled "Whos, Baby! A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out."
Her husband was away in Bulgaria at that time and proposed through the video chat, to which she quickly replied that they were too far apart. Years later, and they have never been happier in the arms of one another.

BALANCING WORK AND MOTHERHOOD
Their son joined the picture shortly after, and the artist had to learn how to deal with the sometimes chaotic yet fulfilling journey of motherhood. Rowland said:
"It has made me more bold. More courageous. I would do anything for my son to say, 'Wow! My mom is this!' Or 'Wow, my mom is that!' I really want to impress him at all times."

Despite all the messy moments as a mother, the artist remains grounded and beautiful, recently celebrating her 39th birthday, but still looking like a young and beautiful singer at her age.
