Goldie Hawn Shows off Energetic Dance Moves in a New Video

American actress, Goldie Hawn, showed off some dance moves in her recent post and also, revealed that she was highly obsessed with the song, "Dance Monkey."

In the clip uploadedon her Instagram page, the 74-year-old moved swiftly and graciously. She dressed up in a comfortable outfit appearing more than ready to burst some major dance steps.

She donned black leggings and a sleeveless top. Her blond hair shook vigorously with the up and down movement she made.

The "First Wife Club" star began the show off from her balcony and later proceeded to other parts of the house. Goldie stated that she was so engrossed with her dance that performing other activities would be rather difficult; she said:

"Dancing my Wednesday away to @tonesandi " Dance Monkey." I love this song so much I can't even stop to answer the phone."

Following the "Overboard" actress' upload was numerous comments from her Instagram fans. Many admired her dance skills and affirmed that the song is infectious and addictive.

Some fans were full of admiration for the onscreen star as they did little to hide it in their words in the comment section.

Kate Hudson spoke about her stepfather's love during an interview and commented that his genuine affection makes him her real dad, not Bill Hudson, who is her biological father.

Dancing for Goldie comes as easy as acting, and she once revealed that her rise to stardom began as a dancer.

During an interview on "The Tonight Show," the celebrity explained that her dancing inclination started when she was a toddler. She pursued her dream and eventually landed a TV feature. According to her:

"Since three years old, I started ballet...I went down to Puerto Rico, and I danced in a club for a while...That's what I wanted to do and where I wanted to go, and I wanted to dance on TV..."

The actress concluded that she got picked dancing in the club. When the onscreen star isn't busy on set or flaunting her flexibility, then she's having the time of her life with family.

Goldie shares a nearly four-decade relationship with her lover, Kurt Russell, who's also an actor. A recent appearance showed the partners heading out on a casual outing with their only son, Wyatt Russell.

Even though the couple is parents to Kate Hudson, Oliver Hudson, and Boston Russell, whom they had from past relationships, they have managed to have one big blended family by showering profound and equal love on all their kids.
