Tia Mowry flaunts her 60-pound weight loss in a black and white sweater and high-waisted pants in a new photo she shared on Instagram.
Tia Mowry-Hardrict embraced motherhood for the second time when she welcomed her daughter Cairo more than a year ago, and that includes taking her time in losing the post-pregnancy weight she gained. Instead of pressuring herself to lose weight right away, she let time take its course and took it one step at a time.
She recently just launched her own health line called "Anser," which is a multivitamin brand for women.

Now that she's lost a total of 60 pounds, she's been flaunting her figure on social media to inspire other women not to give up on themselves and to embrace their bodies and fitness journeys. Accompanying her OOTD was a quote dedicated to her followers, that read:
"You must know that you can do this. You are strong. You will make it. Just hang on and keep believing in yourself, always."
Mowry's life has always been an open book, growing up under the spotlight as a child star before becoming a YouTube vlogger that speaks about different aspects of life. Now, she recently just launched her own health line called "Anser," which is a multivitamin brand for women.
The vitamin line focuses on hair, skin, and nails, as she uses the same platform to educate women on choosing healthier options for them. Of course, she related this to her own experiences, especially as someone who was diagnosed with endometriosis at 25-years-old.
Acknowledging the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices such as adding vegetables to her meals, exercising, and doing yoga, she believes that if others incorporate these into their own lifestyles, their health could drastically improve as well.
Now, Tia is living her best life, enjoying the company of her loving husband and children, while maintaining a balanced career that focuses on advocating different topics, sharing "life hacks," and now, improving the lifestyles of women around the world.
