Tia Mowry-Hardrict embraced motherhood for the second time when she welcomed her daughter Cairo more than a year ago, and that includes taking her time in losing the post-pregnancy weight she gained. Instead of pressuring herself to lose weight right away, she let time take its course and took it one step at a time.

She recently just launched her own health line called "Anser," which is a multivitamin brand for women.

A MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE FOR HER FANS

Now that she's lost a total of 60 pounds, she's been flaunting her figure on social media to inspire other women not to give up on themselves and to embrace their bodies and fitness journeys. Accompanying her OOTD was a quote dedicated to her followers, that read:

The vitamin line focuses on hair, skin, and nails, as she uses the same platform to educate women on choosing healthier options for them. Of course, she related this to her own experiences, especially as someone who was diagnosed with endometriosis at 25-years-old.
