Coleen Nolan Stuns in Yellow Dress and Looks Slimmer than Ever as She Admits She's Been Trolled over Dramatic Weight Loss

The 60-year-old TV favourite has faced years of criticism over her size — but now that she's shed several stone, she says the judgement hasn't stopped. Even so, she's not letting it dim her glow.

"Loose Women" star Coleen Nolan stunned fans this week in a vibrant yellow dress that showed off her slimmer-than-ever figure, while admitting she's still being trolled over her dramatic weight loss.

Posting on Instagram on Monday, 3 March, Nolan beamed as she posed excitedly for a photo on a London pavement. Dressed in a sunshine-yellow frock with a draped cowl neckline and soft, fluttery sleeves, she looked fresh, confident and full of life.

The dress gathered gently at the waist before flaring into an asymmetrical skirt, perfectly showing off her new shape. She paired the look with pointed black heels and minimal accessories, letting the bold colour do all the talking.

"London calling 📞💂‍♀️," she captioned the post.

Fans were quick to flood the comments with admiration. "Looking stunning great figure ❤️❤️," one gushed. But not all the reactions were entirely supportive.

"I prefer curvaceous Coleen ❤️❤️," one follower admitted. "Don't lose anymore. Stay this way!!!" another warned. A third simply wrote, "Skinny 💚."

The mixed response hasn't come as a surprise to Nolan, who has endured relentless body-shaming for years. Before her transformation, she was viciously targeted by trolls for her size — abuse that left a deeper mark than she liked to admit.

"I tried to not let the trolls affect me, but it was hard when they were calling me fat and all these names, because those were things that I actually thought about myself," she revealed in a candid interview with Bella Magazine. "Now people attack me for the opposite, claiming I've lost too much weight."

"I just can't win," she added. "But I don't mind these comments as much. I almost think 'thank you' because I needed to lose the weight."

The star went on to say she now feels "much more confident", and has embraced small lifestyle changes — including being mindful about snacking.

Long before embracing a healthier way of life and stunning fans with her jaw-dropping transformation (chronicled in photos at the end!), the beloved ITV presenter silently battled the scales for years.

Nolan, who is now beaming with unshakeable self-assurance and radiating strength, has long spoken openly about her turbulent relationship with her weight.

As readers may recall last month, on Wednesday, 11 February, the media personality shared a glowing snap ahead of her appearance on "Loose Women", sending fans into a frenzy.

In the chic snapshot, the longtime TV darling gazed confidently into the camera, styled to perfection. Her shoulder-length brunette hair was styled in loose, voluminous curls, with soft bangs framing her face. She donned a sleek dark pinstripe blazer over a cosy grey top, exuding understated glamour.

Accessorising with silver hoops and a classic wristwatch, Nolan completed her look with glowing natural makeup, bold lashes, and a warm lipstick hue that made her smile absolutely pop.

"Today's Loose Women look 💋," she captioned the post. "Hope everyone is having a great week ❤️." But it wasn't just her outfit that had fans talking. Compliments flooded in, with some left staggered by how different she — and stunning — looked.

"Wow look at you, how did you lose all that weight? You look absolutely gorgeous 😍 well done Colleen ❤️," one wrote. "You look fab so slim well done Colleen you deserve the best. Your such a nice lady ❤️❤️ [sic]," gushed another.

But it wasn't all flattery — some followers were desperate to know the secret behind her slim figure.

Though Nolan had previously spoken out against using weight loss medication, in October last year, she revealed a surprising change of heart — announcing a new partnership with weight loss injection company Voy.

Voy offers clinical support and coaching for weight loss, including the use of Mounjaro, Wygovy, and Orlos.

Now, more than four months after beginning her journey, Nolan has been confidently flaunting her new figure on social media — empowered, energised, and utterly transformed.

Her dramatic shift came just over a year after receiving a terrifying pre-diabetes diagnosis.

Speaking candidly on "Loose Women" in March 2024, she admitted she had been struggling with crippling fatigue that left her constantly exhausted — no matter how much she slept.

Initially dismissed as menopause symptoms by those around her, Nolan revealed she only sought medical help when she began nodding off throughout the day.

Blood tests initially showed only a vitamin D deficiency — but a later call from a diabetic specialist delivered a gut-wrenching blow: she was on the brink of type 2 diabetes.

The news, which she called "quite alarming", spurred her into action. She learned that type 2 diabetes can be reversed through diet and lifestyle changes — and from that moment on, she never looked back.

"I finally feel I'm taking control of my health in a way that's right for me, and that allows me to enjoy life with my family," she shared.

Now feeling stronger and more confident than ever, Nolan has revealed she's not just focusing on her health — she's looking for love in her 60s.

Appearing on "This Morning", she shared that she's back in the dating scene, although her recent outings haven't led to anything serious just yet.

"You know, a couple of the dates I went on, they were such lovely guys, but a. they live miles away and b., they didn't like animals. And I thought, well, as much as we're having a lovely date now, that's not going to work on the outside," she confessed.

Still, ever the optimist, Nolan says she's not giving up hope — more dates are on the cards, and she's determined to find her person.
