Gabrielle Union from 'LA's Finest' Shares Adorable Video with Daughter Kaavia Helping Her during Workout Session

Gabrielle Union and her daughter Kaavia James do almost everything together, and now the little girl is seen helping her mom out during a workout session.

Gabrielle Union is 47 years old, and yet she looks nothing her age thanks to her fit body and flawless skin. While her genes could be thanked for most of it, Union makes sure to put in the work to maintain her toned figure.

Gabrielle Union has been embracing motherhood so much, shifting most of her focus on doing what's best for her daughter.

DOING WORKOUTS WITH HER DAUGHTER

On a recent Instagram update, the "Bring It On" star shared her workout secret to her followers, which is the FitOn mobile app that provides fun and free workouts that could be done at home.

To prove just how easy the workouts could be, the video she shared included a bit of her daughter Kaavia, who helped her do some fitness workouts as she sat on her stomach.

GETTING A WORKOUT BUDDY

Despite only being a year old, Kaavia is already the perfect workout partner for Gabrielle, and she encouraged others to get workout partners as well, as it's "the perfect time to bond."

As for what she has to say about those that are afraid to give working out a try, Union shares some motivation about accepting failure, saying:

"It's so okay to fail. Fail, fail, and more failure, that's how you build winners."

FOCUSING ON MOTHERHOOD

Gabrielle Union has been embracing motherhood so much, shifting most of her focus on doing what's best for her daughter. In fact, she recently released a new picture book for kids called "Welcome to the Party," which features none other than her and Kaavia on the cover.

The book was inspired by her darling daughter, and represents Black culture and celebrates life and all its ups and downs in general. It's been a great journey for Gabrielle so far, and it all comes after years of struggling with infertility. Now that she's overcome this, she's living life to the fullest with the rest of the Wades.

Aside from being the proud mother of Kaavia, she is the wife of Dwyane Wade, and proud stepmother to Zaire, Zaya, and Xavier Wade.
