UPDATE: Erica Supreme Barrier, daughter of Eric B, was sadly declared dead at Hartford Hospital on Monday evening following a car accident. Full details of the story below.

Daughter of hip-hop legend Eric B is in critical condition following a serious car crash in Connecticut over the weekend.

It was reported that Eric B's daughter, Erica Supreme Barrier, is in critical condition after a horrific car crash in Connecticut that left her with serious injuries. The news was allegedly confirmed by Eric B's publicist and requested for prayers during this difficult time.

"Barrier is suffering from severe neck and spine fractures, among her many life threatening injuries, confirmed Eric B's long time pulicist. The family is at her bedside and is asking for your prayers."

Erica, 28, was driving a Mini Cooper Countryman on the I-91 in Connecticut at 1 AM on Sunday morning when it suddenly halted on the center lane that led to an oncoming 18-wheeler truck ramming into her car as it was "unable to stop on time."

Investigators are currently piecing together evidence to find out the cause of the crash, while the family wishes for Erica's recovery.

Eric B made headlines because of his alleged relationship with controversial talk show host Wendy Williams.

Her father, Eric B., was part of a legendary hip-hop duo with Rakim that brought about albums like "Paid In Full," and "Follow The Leader," which are considered two of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time.

Recently, Eric B made headlines because of his alleged relationship with controversial talk show host Wendy Williams. While it happened decades ago, it was a relationship that Wendy just couldn't forget about, as Eric allegedly "did her dirty."

At the time, Wendy was already the "Queen of Radio," and looking back at what had happened with Eric, she couldn't fathom why she allowed herself to be treated that way. The hip-hop star allegedly refused protection during sex and was intimate with several other women while they were together.

During an interview she did in 1999, Wendy spilled the beans about what happened between them, leaving Eric with a nasty message:

"Eric you did me dirty and it'll all play out on Lifetime."

Ultimately, Williams thought of their past relationship as a life lesson, and it's something that paved the way for many things to happen in her life, as it shaped her to be who she is today.
