Simone Biles Flaunts Toned Physique in Black Crop Top and Green Pants after 23rd Birthday

It comes as no surprise that Simone Biles takes good care of her health and stays in shape as a gymnast preparing for the 2020 Olympics.

FLAUNTING HER INCREDIBLE PHYSIQUE

Biles shared a photo showing her incredible physique a day after celebrating her birthday. The Instagram post featured the athlete in a black tube top, army green joggers, and black heels.

The 23-year-old’s muscular arms and toned stomach were also seen in the photo, inspiring several women to get in shape as well.

In a previous birthday post, Biles shared a picture of herself in a peach-colored top, jeans, and black heels, while sitting on a brick wall. Her caption read: “ready for my jordan year!”

She set the record as the first woman to land a double-double beam dismount in history, along with two other new moves.

BILES CLAPS BACK AT USA GYMNASTS

USA Gymnasts’ Twitter account also posted a greeting for the athlete but instead got called out by the athlete. The post read:

“We know you will only continue to amaze us and make history!”

As a birthday request, Biles replied: “How about you amaze me and do the right thing,” demanding further investigation on the Nassar scandal.

Nassar was a sports physician who was accused and convicted of sexual misconduct and abuse among young girls in the organization, including Biles.

Biles has since been vocal about the issue, demanding an investigation from USAG several times. She told TODAY:

“I feel like it’s a really tough subject to talk about, so it’s easier to tweet about it and just let people know that I do care.”

PREPARING FOR THE 2020 OLYMPICS

Biles will be representing the country in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, which is set to happen despite the coronavirus pandemic.

The athlete, who made history in a record-breaking US Championships performance, said that she is doing this not just for her country, but for herself.

With everything she has accomplished and gained through her career, Biles is set on finishing the 2020 Olympics strong.
