PRINCE WILLIAM'S MESSAGE

Pleased with the way local communities have shown their support to those affected by the disease, the 37-year-old said that any help should be "channeled in the best possible way," hence the reason for the establishment of the National Emergencies Trust.

Established last year, Prince William said at the time that he "dreaded" the day that the trust would be needed, and now that day had come sooner than anyone "would have hoped."

HE MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE OVER THE REIGNS

Having recently become the patron of London's Air Ambulance Charity, Prince William might have to act as the "physical presence" of the monarchy, since all citizens over the age of 70 in the UK had been told to self-isolate.

The Queen already left Buckingham Palace for Windsor Castle a week earlier than usual, and Prince Philip joined her soon after when he traveled by helicopter from Sandringham.

THE ROYAL CHILDREN WILL SWITCH TO REMOTE LEARNING

Thomas's school in Battersea, west London, where Prince William and Kate Middleton's two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, receive their education also announced that they would shut their doors on March 20.

According to a spokesperson for the school, they will switch to methods of remote learning until the danger of spreading the virus passes, and will remain physically open until March 26, which is the last day of term.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock implored all UK citizens over the age of 70 to self-isolate whether they are experiencing symptoms or not.

If the royal family follows that advice, both Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles will be out of the public eye, which will leave Prince William to represent the monarchy.

IRREVOCABLE CHANGES

Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently stepped down as senior members of the royal family, Prince William won't have their support in official royal capacity. A move that reportedly changed the relationship between the brothers "forever."

According to a source that spoke with PEOPLE, Prince Harry and Prince William will never have the relationship they once had, as Prince Harry is focused on his family with Meghan Markle.

JUST IN TIME

With individual countries taking steps to contain the spread of the coronavirus, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made it back to their residence in Canada just before the borders closed.

The couple returned to the UK for their final rounds of official engagements as senior members of the royal family, and they had no time to waste in getting back to their son, Archie before Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's announcement took effect.
