La La Anthony from 'Power' Shares Photo of Husband Carmelo & Son Kiyan from Pre-Quarantine Days

Famous actress La La Anthony is giving us a glimpse of her home and her family amid the forced lockdown. Needless to say, the cuteness is through the roof.

Earlier this week, the actress shared a picture of her husband, basketball star Carmelo Anthony, and their son Kiyan. The Instagram photo shows father and son sitting at what appears to be a restaurant, and the resemblance between them both is uncanny.

“Back when they were outside ?,” she captioned the picture, while the comment section filled with adoring comments from fans and friends.

It’s been a pretty silent self-isolation period from the Anthony family, they’re staying indoors like many people, but it’s also pretty great to hear from them nonetheless.

The picture also adds to speculation that Carmelo and La La are still together. The couple got married in 2010, but they’ve had an on-again-off-again relationship since then.

They announced their split in 2017, and speculations have come up in that time about her love life. News sources have speculated that the actress could be dating Aquaman actor Yahya Abdul Mateen.

Things got even more intense when the two reportedly had dinner together. However, it appears that any relationship rumors are just that – rumors. The Anthonys are going strong, from the looks of it.

La La and her method of conquering motherhood’s challenges.

Despite what might be going on in her love life, La La remains committed to her son, Kiyan. The doting mother took her son to the Dominican Republic for his 13th birthday earlier this month. She shared snaps from the celebration – including one where he seemed to react weirdly to her hugs and kisses.

Of course, she has also encountered some struggles with her motherhood journey. She appeared on The View last October, where she opened up on some of her most significant problems.

As she explained at the time, her son is beginning to show some of the typical signs of adulthood, and she’s concerned about his need for privacy.

Regardless, she confirmed that she had been impressed with his behavior so far. While he might not want to be around her all the time, she’s kept her eye out for him and is okay with what she’s seen.

She’s also commented that her top priority is to teach him to be humble and grateful. Given that both his parents are famous, he will definitely be feeling some pressure. La La sees it as her job to instill some basic manners into him.
