Discussing his 80/20 meal plan, he revealed that 80% of the time, he would eat proper healthy food. The remaining 20% would allow space for splurging. Michael added that he believed very much in this.

Strahan is a co-host on the ABC show "Strahan, Sara, and Keke." The trio is adored by their fans, and they are often very hilarious together.
