Don Lemon of CNN Cuts Fiance Tim Malone's Hair as They Stay Home during Quarantine
Don Lemon sampled his barber skills on his fiancé Tim Malone while in quarantine at home. The before and after photos Tim shared proved Don is more than capable.
Though Don Lemon continues to work from home as an anchor for CNN, he has a second job while on quarantine and it doesn’t involve a microphone. A recent post of his fiancé, Tim Malone reveals he’s now a barber on the side.

DON THE BARBER
Tim shared images of how life has been like for the couple since isolating themselves in their home in Sag Harbor, New York. It has reached a point where Don now cuts his partner’s hair.
Don and Tim have not revealed their wedding plans. Don told People shortly after his engagement that they were not in a hurry to tie the knot.
Tim revealed before and after photos showing Don using a trimmer on Tim’s hair while the latter documented the moment.
“No barber? No problem. Got a haircut from @donlemoncnn,” Tim wrote to caption the photos.
Tim’s hair was evidently overgrown in his “before” photos. Now he sports barely-there hair, thanks to his soon-to-be husband’s expertise. We wonder if Tim does the same for Don too.
ENGAGEMENT BLISS
Tim and Don have been enjoying a life of bliss since they began dating in the summer of 2016. They made their relationship public the following year and by New Year’s Eve of 2018, they were kissing on live television during CNN’s NYE broadcast.
The couple announced their engagement in April 2019. Tim proposed to Don with the help of their two dogs, Boomer and Barkley. He made the pooches wear tags that each read, “daddy will you marry papa?” Naturally, Don was floored by the sweet and creative gesture and immediately said yes.
ENJOYING THE MOMENT
Don and Tim have not revealed their wedding plans. Don told People shortly after his engagement that they were not in a hurry to tie the knot.
“I’m just trying to enjoy this moment of bliss. And then, whenever we get married, we get married,” he said. “The advice I get from most people is: Don’t become obsessed with the ceremony or wedding planning — just enjoy it.”
It doesn’t seem like Don and Tim need a marriage certificate, though, to prove how stable their relationship is. In fact, they’ve been the poster couple for gay men who’ve openly established their love for each other.
Their Instagram feeds are a testament to their great relationship, documenting their frequent vacations, their home life, and their love for their three dogs. They adopted their third dog, Gus last month.
We’re guessing being in quarantine isn’t as bad for this couple who’ve managed to make a wonderful home life for themselves.
