The mother of five started her fitness journey after she had her third child. She was always a slender person, but after having her third child, she noticed some significant changes in her body that had her heading straight to the gym.

Nicole Murphy is surprisingly not so motivated to exercise on her own. She revealed she needs a partner or a trainer to keep her going. Nicole likes the fact that she does not look like the average Grandma, and she also recently made a lifestyle change regarding her food choices.

Murphy said her fitness routines also help her deal with emotional stress and keeps her "looking good for her man," even though she is currently single.

Nicole used to be a model, but she is now an entrepreneur. She owns a couple of businesses, one of which is "Nicole Murphy Fitness," which specializes in helping people with getting fit.

The beautiful grandma also holds a beauty care company known as "Zobela" and is currently working on a fitness clothing line that fits her needs. She was also an actress that appeared in talk shows and a couple of films. The last movie she appeared on is "Just love," which was released in 2006.

The talented actress has not been in any relationship for a while, but she was involved in a cheating scandal in September 2019 when she was seen kissing a married director, Antoine Fuqua.

The mother of five used to be married to Eddie Murphy, who fathered her kids. The two met at the NAACP Image Awards Show in 1988. They started dating not so long after, and it went on for two years before they tied the knot.

They got married at the Plaza Hotel in New York City in 1993. The marriage lasted until 2005 when Nicole filed for a divorce, which they followed through with. Since then, they have been in other relationships with other people but have had a smooth co-parenting journey over the years.
