Britney Spears took to social media to share with her followers a combination of morning activities that keep her sane through prayer and yoga poses.

While confined at home as the world faces a pandemic, fitness is one of the activities individuals can do to keep the overall energy balanced.

BRITNEY SPEARS SHARES HER ROUTINE

Britney Spears shared a few yoga movements on Instagram to help her fans and social media followers stay fit and healthy amid self-isolation.

The former pop sensation shared her routine during the quarantine period, which involves “meditation, prayer, and working out.”

“I do a little bit of prayer in the morning, and I also do a lot of stretching and a little bit of yoga,” she further said.

Sporting a pair of black Nike training shorts and a gray-knotted crop top, the “Toxic” artist demonstrated a couple of her fitness and yoga routines while jamming to Martin Garrix’s EDM track “Animals.”

Apart from advocating for a healthy lifestyle, Spears made use of a creative poster to urge her 23.8 million followers to help today’s frontline workers

The mother-of-two’s strength and flexibility certainly stunned many, proving the efforts she has put in daily to stay in great shape.

“Ugh I wish I were this limber and flexible! Best posts on the internet, I swear. Queen of positivity” wrote one of her fans.

Nevertheless, showcasing exercise movements was not the sole objective of the “Blackout” singer as she ended her post with a lot of optimism.

Her advice began by highlighting the importance of such activities to ensure positive energy through one’s body. She concluded her post by saying:

“The power of your thoughts are also very crucial !!!!! Make sure you’re sending good vibes out there no matter what …. God will do the rest.”

A PLEA TO STAY HOME

Apart from advocating for a healthy lifestyle, Spears made use of a creative poster to urge her 23.8 million followers to help today’s frontline workers by cooperating with the quarantine protocols.

The photo Britney’s comic version in her “Baby One More Time” video outfit accompanied by the track’s altered lyric: “My loneliness is saving me,” instead of the original “is killing me.”

Like Spears, several stars had various activities while observing isolation at home. Many of the said activities involve doing this they usually have done for them, including getting a haircut.

Carson Daly is among the several individuals who gave himself a makeover with a new haircut. The host has a self-service cut broadcast on the “Today” show.

Although Daly’s co-hosts were initially scared of the outcome, the haircut looked pretty good at the end, thanks to the help of his son.

Daly posted the finished product on his Instagram account, where several fans applauded him on the comments section for a job well done.
