Tyler Perry's Longtime Partner Gelila Bekele Says She Misses the Sea in Swimsuit Photo

Tyler Perry's longtime lover, Gelila Bekele, posted an image of herself enjoying the cool breeze of the sea in a swimsuit and an adorable looking hat.

Gelila, who doubles as a model and philanthropist, ensures to delight her Instagram fans with heart-melting and inspirational posts. Recently, she updated an image on her story, where she confessed to missing her outdoor moments.

Sitting pretty on a stone, the model could be seen shielding her face from the light as she held onto the nude-colored hat on her head.

Tyler's beau confessed that she longed for such a time again, primarily since self-isolation has restricted many outings following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. She wrote,

"Missing the sea and the sound of children playing in the water."

As much as Gelila loves to keep her private life away from the prying eyes of the media, her boyfriend, Tyler Perry, doesn't miss the opportunity to gush about parenting their young son, Aman Tyler.

In an interview with People, the "Madea" creator explained that his son makes him overjoyed, a feeling he wouldn't trade for anything in the world.

The pair are still waxing strong as lovebirds and are committed to raising their son out of the limelight and in the best possible way.

He went on to establish that although the young man is highly curious, he sometimes bothers him with "Can a cheetah?" questions.

Not having a dad around at all and being raised by a single mom whom he lost a few years ago, is a driving force for Tyler who does his best to be the best dad for his child.

After an episode where he "disciplined" Aman for being naughty, the 50-year-old admitted that he got emotional, and began reminiscing about his childhood. According to him:

"And I watched this child, who's very smart, get it and apologize...I'm in tears because nobody had ever spoken to me that way as a child."

While Perry is focused on instilling the best values in his child, his woman is also passionate about helping the needy with her acts of charitable deeds.

Gelila's contributions were even commended at the People's Choice Awards, in 2017, where she bagged an award for her humanitarian works in the Favorite Humanitarian category.

Her longtime beau is also dedicated to helping humanity as he has used numerous mediums to connect with the African American race via his productions that tell the stunning realities of their everyday lives.

Tyler owns a studio in Atlanta, his city of residence. While he and Gelila haven't said their "I do's" yet, it appears that the pair are still waxing strong as lovebirds and are committed to raising their son out of the limelight and in the best possible way.
