Christina Anstead Bonded With Ex Tarek El Moussa Amid COVID-19 Pandemic
Interior guru Christina Anstead in an interview with Justin Sylvester of "Daily Pop," spoke about the effects the novel coronavirus pandemic was having on her and her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.
One effect of the novel coronavirus pandemic in some families is that it has led to a closer bond between lovers, couples, siblings, parents and their children, and even exes co-parenting their children.
Christina Anstead falls into that last category, and while speaking to "Daily Pop's," Justin Sylvester, said that the COVID-19 outbreak had brought her and ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa closer.

Christina and Tarek share two kids and live two streets away from each other, a situation that has eased the struggles of co-parenting for them.
Christina, who is now married to Ant Anstead, with whom she shares a child, said that the current crisis bedeviling the world had led her and Tarek to bond more for the benefit of their children. She explained:
"In times of crisis, we kind of bond more because obviously, our No.1 priority is the kids. We're just trying to figure out what's best for them..."
The mother of three added that her children shouldn't be feeling scared at this point in time, and that was why she and Tarek were trying to stay positive for them.
Tarek El Moussa is also in a relationship with girlfriend Heather Rae Young, whose ex-wife had nothing but special praises for. Christina said that Heather was a sweet person, and is liked by everyone.
The Real Estate guru further said that he spent so much time with Taylor during that period, and thought of her whenever he was feeling low.
Christina also said that Heather might have been helping her and Tarek get along with each other in this period of uncertainty.
Christina and Tarek, who for many years have worked together on the show, "Flip or Flop," got divorced in 2018, bringing an end to their 9-year marriage.
Divorce could be a difficult thing to go through, but Tarek was able to surpass that period of his life with the help of his daughter, Taylor, who he said he held on to, with everything he had.
The Real Estate guru further said that he spent so much time with Taylor during that period, and thought of her whenever he was feeling low, but that she would always tell him that everything would be okay.
Tarek would be glad that just like his daughter said, everything is now okay, and that his ex-wife and present girlfriend do get along very well, a fact Christina herself confirmed in a chat with "US Weekly."
Christina said that she and Heather had found common ground in their love for healthy diets, and have been sending each other text messages about recipes during the isolation period.
