Don Lemon of CNN Is Happily Engaged to Longtime Partner Tim Malone

Television Journalist, Don Lemon, and his long time lover, Tim Malone, recently took their love life a notch higher and fans might be hearing wedding bells soon!

TV star, Don Lemon, was recently in the news after his lover, Tim Malone, proposed to him most sweetly.

According to Oprah Mag, Malone was able to make his surprise proposal with the help of their dogs, Barkley and Boomer.

Malone was a media personality for 11 years before veering into the property business. He works with Corcoran Group, an elite franchise.

Lemon shared a lovely post on Instagram, which showed how the dogs bore the "big" question on their leashes. The star host wrote in the caption:

"He gave me a present on his birthday. How could I say no?"

While Don, 53, is a successful TV star, his lover is no exception as he is a successful real estate agent. Tim Malone, 35, studied History and Journalism at Boston College, and after graduation, he worked briefly at NBC.

Just like his partner, Malone is quite conversant with being a part of the entertainment industry as he went on to work with Billboard, Junk Media, and other entertainment franchises.

According to People, the lovebirds first met in 2016, and in 2018, they shared a public sizzling kiss as a way of announcing to fans. In subsequent times, the two started appearing at different social events and being open about their love life.

CNN shares that the "CNN Tonight With Don Lemon" host made it known on an episode of his show that his relationship was "doubly thrilling." He told viewers:

"I grew up thinking that I would never be able to be public with my relationships, let alone ever get legally married…"
