Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez Workout Together during Quarantine

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez have shown where their focus lies as they work out together while in self-isolation.

Alex Rodriguez and his fiancée, Jennifer Lopez, have chosen to work on their relationship by working out during the lockdown brought on by the COVID-19 crisis.

According to People, 44-year-old Alex shared a look at their workout routine through his Instagram Story.

[Jennifer Lopez] informed Elle that what this time at home signified for her was "reading scripts, developing new projects, even working out and learning new dance routines."

While the first Story was a clip of Jennifer lifting weights as her man encouraged her in the background, the second Story featured Alex lifting his weights over his head, as Jennifer looked on from behind the camera.

The retired athlete looked utterly at home and unbothered in the second clip that was captioned "Getting it in!!"

The posts came just some days after the couple told their social media followers how important it was for them to practice social distancing as a way to curb the spread of COVID-19. Jennifer also made it clear to her fans and followers that:

"We're staying home to protect those on the frontlines — the doctors, the nurses and technicians that are working so hard to save lives at our hospitals."

Jennifer, who was scheduled to be in her hometown of New York City to launch her new footwear collection with DSW, resorted to quarantining with her family soon after COVID-19 was declared a pandemic.

The singer and songwriter informed Elle that what this time at home signified for her was "reading scripts, developing new projects, even working out and learning new dance routines."

Jennifer stated that while it was a difficult time for everybody, this was an excellent opportunity for them to work and get better. The one thing that the actress isn't too keen about is the fact that her wedding plans have been slowed down due to the pandemic.

According to People, during an appearance on the new at-home edition of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the "Hustlers" star stated that she didn't know what was going to happen as regards the wedding date.

It seems that fans who have been looking forward to the star's wedding since her engagement was announced in 2019, have to hold on just a little longer.
