Gymnast Simone Biles Once Enjoyed Sunny Day near the Pool in a Chic White Swimsuit

America's most decorated gymnast, Simone Biles, shared a picture with her fans on Instagram, which showed her chilling near a pool and enjoying the sun.

Even with the COVID-19 induced lockdown, Simone Biles finds ways to enjoy herself and showed her fans how she does that with a new picture she shared on her Instagram page.

The picture showed the Olympic Gold medal-winning gymnast in a white-and-black two-piece swimsuit. Biles was seated beside a pool, and with her back facing the camera, she looked sideways, enjoying the sun.

The picture also showed the gymnast's braided hair, as well as the beautiful scenery provided by her immediate environment, typified by the forest vegetation a few meters ahead of her.

In her caption to the post, the 23-year-old reminded her fans of something that they shouldn't stop doing, even amid the novel coronavirus pandemic. She wrote

"never stop having sun."

BILES INSPIRES HER FANS

Many of Biles' fans commented on her post, sharing their love for her hair, swimsuit, and personality. One fan said that Biles was a pretty and amazing person and also her inspiration.

Another fan said that the gymnast's swimsuit was gorgeous, while another person said that Biles was a cutie. A fourth fan also said that Biles' braids were lovely.

Biles said that she had no doubts that her coaches would get her back to shape physically.

A SAD CHANGE OF PLANS

If not for the global pandemic, Simone Biles would have been getting set for a journey to Tokyo, Japan, for the Summer Olympics, which was scheduled to hold in July-August.

However, due to COVID-19, the Olympic Games and some other scheduled sporting activities were postponed till next year. In an appearance on "Today," the gymnast poured out her mind on how she felt about the postponement. She said

"I didn't really know how to feel. I just kind of sat there. I cried, but ultimately it was the right decision."

SIMONE BILES WANTS EVERYONE TO REMAIN SAFE

Biles further said that everyone in the U.S and the world at large needed to be healthy and safe, adding that though the postponement was hard to take, it was the right thing to do.

With the postponement, the Olympic Games will now hold on July 23 to August 8, 2021. This means that Biles would have to wait another year to compete, but she has no worries about that.

Biles said that she had no doubts that her coaches would get her back to shape physically, but added that the biggest challenge for her and most other athletes would be staying sharp mentally for another year.

However, while she has been at home, Simone has been keeping fit and in shape with some workout routines, including ab work, arm work, walking her dog, and another routine she termed "twerkout."
