Before that announcement, the 48-year-old shared an image of himself holding his newborn son in the hospital after a fan asked for a picture with hopes that it would break the internet.

Elon had announced the arrival of the baby by tweeting that “mom & baby all good” on Twitter when a fan asked for an update on the baby after he previously made it known that his girlfriend was due on Monday.

Daily Mail noted that he also shared an image that showed his son lying in a bed with a tattoo filter applied on his face.

While this is the first baby for Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, Elon is the father to five sons from a previous marriage. Unfortunately, his first son, Nevada, died tragically of SIDS when he was just ten weeks old, back in 2002.

The good news of the baby’s arrival comes just a few days after The Sun reported that the father-of-six revealed that his plan to sell his physical possessions had upset Grimes.

After stating his opinion that Tesla's stock price was too high, the value of his company went down by $13billion. Despite that, the company’s shares remain up almost 50% from the start of April.
