Cardi B Finally Reveals the Name of Her Baby Boy With Stefon Diggs as He Turns 1

The proud mom's tribute came with a carousel of adorable snaps of the toddler. It also marked one year since she welcomed her fourth child.

Cardi B has revealed her youngest child's name as the little one celebrates his first birthday. In a tribute shared on social media on Wednesday, November 4, the rapper, 33, appeared to hint at the inspiration behind her son's moniker.

"Happy 1st birthday to Grey Marsean Diggs 🩶🩶🩶!!It's only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I've had you at my side forever," Cardi began.

"I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength," the "I Like It" artist wrote.

"I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit," she gushed.

Cardi shares Grey with her ex-boyfriend, NFL star Stefon Diggs. Alongside her heartfelt message, the doting mom posted a carousel of photos and videos of Grey, including snaps of the toddler dressed in a "Grey's Anatomy"-themed costume.

In November last year, a spokesperson for the "Bodak Yellow" star confirmed to People that she had given birth to a baby boy. "Cardi is healthy and happy," the rep told the outlet at the time.

The musician shared the joyful news with fans herself on Instagram, revealing it in the caption of a clip in which she lip-synced to "Hello," a track from her second studio album, "Am I the Drama?"

"My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons," Cardi reflected at the time. "My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it's been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world!

"A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve," she continued.

The rapper added, "This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It's me against all odds me against everything meant to get in my way. I've started prepping for tour getting my body right getting my mind right."

She concluded, "There's nothing thats gonna stop me from giving you guys the performance of a life time! I've learned i've healed, and I'm loving the woman i've become! That's what this next era means to me and i'm stepping into it better than ever [sic]."

Grey's arrival made Cardi a mom of four. The "Up" hitmaker also shares daughters Kulture Kiari, 8, and Blossom Belle, 2, as well as son Wave Set, 5, with her estranged husband, Offset.

In September, Cardi sat down with Entertainment Tonight and got candid about her million-dollar net worth and the drive behind her ongoing success.

She revealed that she keeps branching out into businesses outside of music so that her four children will have something to inherit when she's no longer around.

"I was panicking. It's like, yo, I leave this earth and my kids [are] going to have just music royalties that they're most [likely] going to have to be arguing people about it," she shared.

"They're going to have a couple of properties and a couple of liquid money, but it's like what is something that God forbid something happens to me, I leave behind that is for them? This is, God forbid, something happened to me; this is theirs," she added, referring to her haircare line, Grow Good.
