Kimora Lee Simmons Celebrates Birthday with Her Adorable Kids during Quarantine

Kimora Lee celebrated her birthday surrounded by his children with an opulent display and of balloons and flower arrangements as she showed off a two-tier cake.

Celebrating a birthday amid the COVID-19 outbreak has proved to be a challenging task for some. But for Kimora Lee Simmons, it was just another opulent occasion.

The fashion mogul stayed true to her love for grand displays and was treated to a lavish display of balloons and flower arrangements that adored her mansion.

Kimora shared a video of herself blowing out gold candles on a two-tier unicorn-themed cake. She celebrated the intimate gathering with her children Aoki, Wolf, Kenzo and Greg. In her caption, she

"Thank you all for all of my sweet birthday wishes. Can't tell you all how much you mean to me! Best quarantine birthday ever!"

Her eldest daughter Ming Lee wasn't part of the celebration. She has been posting pictures of herself relaxing in New York.

Another noticeably absent family member was Kimora's husband, Tim Leissner. Kimora also appears to have ditched her wedding in her birthday post.

Tim, who worked as a banker for Goldman and Sachs, is currently dealing with legal troubles than could land him ten years in prison.

It is reported, Tim pled guilty money laundering, and bribery after billions of dollars disappeared from a Malaysian sovereign wealth fund. Kimora addressed the case in earlier interviews. She was also last seen wearing her wedding ring in on January 4, 2020, when she posed with her children.

In an interview with WWD, she shot done rumors that Tim used some of the stolen money help support Kimora's fashion business, she argued:

"I fund my own business. I've been in fashion since [age] 12. My husband has nothing to do with my professional life."

Amid her husband's legal woes, Kimora has been focused on her children. In April, she celebrated the birthday for her son, Wolfe, whom she shares with Tim.

For his fifth birthday, Wolfe was surrounded by all of his siblings and enjoyed a dinosaur themed party complete with a T-rex piñata.
