It's Garcelle's first time to become a grandmother after her eldest son Oliver Saunders welcomed the little boy into his life. In the family, they call their little baby "Oliver Junior," so as not to confuse him with his proud father.

At the time, she and co-star Erika Girardi said they needed a drink to try and digest the news, but ultimately, she was excited for the arrival of her grandson.

Once everything is back to normal, she will not only get to spend more time with Oliver Junior but witness her son's wedding as well, which was postponed due to the pandemic.

LONGING TO VISIT HER GRANDSON

Although Beauvais wants nothing more but to spend time with her grandchild, her visits abruptly stopped after the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders were put in place. She has not visited any loved ones in person because of this, especially since her son doesn't live in LA.

"I mean, we FaceTime, we Zoom, and I just want him to know my voice and to know me. And so I can't wait until we can get back to normal, and I can go see him as soon as I can."

For now, her memories of flying out with her 11-year-old twin sons Jax and Jaid to see the newest member of their family will do. Once everything is back to normal, she will not only get to spend more time with Oliver Junior but witness her son's wedding as well, which was postponed.
