“His oxygen levels went down, but (the doctors) got him right back,” she said in the video. “They did a lung scraping to get rid of some more infection, and he’s now back to some good numbers.”
Kloots remained positive as her husband is in a stable condition again, hoping he wakes up soon from the medically-induced coma he was placed in. She added:
“We need him to follow commands, look left, look right. His eyes are opening up, but unfortunately, they’re not connected to anything.”
The virtual performance included Keala Settle, Eric Anderson, Kimiko Glenn, Christopher Fitzgerald, Jessie Meuller, Charity Angel Dawson, Drew Gehling, Dakin Matthews, McKenna Kean, and Claire on Zoom.
COMPLICATIONS FROM CORONAVIRUS
The “Waitress” star suffered from severe complications from the virus that resulted in having his leg amputated and having his lungs damaged with holes.
Initially, the entertainer’s family thought he only had pneumonia after resulting in a negative for coronavirus, but the second test resulted in being positive.

The Broadway star had his right leg amputated because of blood-clotting complications and underwent tracheostomy to help get him off the ventilator.
His lungs eventually had holes from the virus and looked like he had been a smoker for his entire life. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Cordero is fighting in giving his all while his wife is getting all the courage she can.
