Ciara Stuns in Emerald Dress With Feathers in Throwback Met Gala Photo

Ciara looked stunning in her throwback Instagram photo wearing a green emerald dress with side cuts while sporting a big fro.

While nearly the whole world is at a pause amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, several celebrities had the time to look over old photos and share throwbacks on social media.

CIARA’S MET GALA LOOK

Ciara is among those who took a walk down memory lane and reminisced on one of the most anticipated events of the year.

The singer posted a series of photos from her Met Gala look, emphasizing her beautiful emerald dress by her friend Peter Dundas.

The dress had cuts in the mid-section, exposing the side of Ciara’s hips and highlighting her curvy figure, as well as shiny embellishments sewn on the designer couture.

She wrote in her caption: Multiple virtual fittings down to the day of! I was knocking people out with my Afro during the night.”

The beautiful gown also had a thigh-high slit and a unique tail with emerald feathers used as design towards the end.

AT-HOME MANICURE

Given the current situation, the “one, two, step” artist can’t get glammed like she used to, but that doesn’t mean she can do small self-care things such as having a manicure.

While in quarantine, Ciara gave herself a manicure at home and documented it while her husband sat beside her.

Their children’s rooms feature Marvel characters on the walls, perfect for Future, while Sienna’s gave off a princess-like vibe.

“This is how it goes, ladies. Just another day in quarantine,” the singer said while filing her nails on the Instagram video.

BABY ON THE WAY

Ciara is currently expecting another child, joining her daughter Sienna, whom she shares with her husband Russell Wilson, and Future, whom she had from a previous relationship.

Their children’s rooms feature Marvel characters on the walls, perfect for Future, while Sienna’s gave off a princess-like vibe.

Wilson showed nothing but support for his wife throughout her pregnancy, including having home workouts to stay healthy.
