Whoopi Goldberg Slams Haters Who Complained She Wears Same Plaid Jacket on 'The View'
Whoopi Goldberg clapped back at haters who took to the internet and criticized her for wearing the same jacket repeatedly.
Whoopi Goldberg had a few choice words for people who had a problem with her wearing the same clothes on "The View".
The daytime host had been inundated with complaints about a buffalo plaid jacket that she had been seen in frequently over the past few weeks.

Goldberg has been a co-host and moderator on "The View" since 2007 and has been appearing on the show remotely from her home.
Without the help of her stylists, she has been repeating her wardrobe, much to the chagrin of her viewers. She said,
“People are kvetching at me about the fact that I am still wearing this red and black check thing. People say I wear it too much.”

The jacket has been a favorite of Goldberg’s in the past and has appeared a number of times when she was in the studio.
The comedy legend opened the episode addressing the controversy and responding with a sassy response to her viewers.
Whoopi is in the habit of calling attention to what the different hosts were wearing or rather, not wearing.
Goldberg and the rest of "The View" hosts have been quarantining as part of the COVID-19 precautions and she is perhaps starting to show some strain.
In a previous episode, Whoopi began the show by venting her frustration, saying that she wanted to scream.
“I wanted to open my window and scream. And then I thought, ‘Ooh, but what if they send the cops?’ So, I didn’t.”
She added that she didn’t just want to scream but also “rip off her clothes and stomp around naked” a feeling increased the longer she was locked in.
It seems Whoopi is in the habit of calling attention to what the different hosts were wearing or rather, not wearing.
She had previously opened the show with an admission that the in-studio wardrobe no longer applied and that some hosts may be foregoing clothes completely.
Whatever her wardrobe, Whoopi has made it clear that she’s going to be comfortable and that means wearing whatever she wants to.
