Venus Williams Says Spending Time with Niece Olympia Ohanian Is like Paradise

Talented tennis athlete, Venus Williams, doesn't mind spending time with her lookalike niece—their resemblance is particularly striking in the athlete's latest social media update.

Venus Williams doesn't mind spending time with her niece, Olympia, and it shows! There's an uncanny resemblance between the two who were recently sighted together.

The famous tennis athlete recently took to her Instagram page with a heartwarming picture that featured herself and little Olympia.

In the photo, a smiling Venus sat with her arms around her legs, and Olympia stood some distance away—they seemed to be having a moment as they both gazed at each other. Venus captioned the post,

"My version of paradise, she's just one of my favorite nieces."

In the comment section, fans were full of praises and compliments—they all thought Venus and little Olympia looked beautiful in the post. "Venus, that is a beautiful shot. You and Lil babycakes," a fan wrote.

Venus Williams was born to Richard Williams and his wife, Oracene, on June 17, 1980. She is one of Richard's five daughters, and so is Serena Williams.

Hammond wasn't interested in starting a family just yet, hence the split.

Venus and Serena were introduced to the game of tennis by their father—a former sharecropper who reportedly taught them the rudiments of the game from what he learned from books and videos.

Venus learned to play tennis on the public courts of LA—since then, she has gone on to win multiple awards, including an Olympic gold medal.

As for her dating life, Venus is just as passionate off the court as she is on it—2019 was a particularly exciting year for her dating life. She ended things with her rich boyfriend, Nicholas Hammond, after a relationship that spanned two years.

They broke up with one another in June 2019 with mutual consent—the alleged reason they split had to do with their different levels of commitment to each other.

Venus, who was reportedly 12 years older than Hammond, had reportedly been pining for marriage and family; however, Hammond wasn't interested in starting a family just yet, hence the split.

Venus has also been romantically linked to Cuban Model Elio Pis in the past. The two met in 2012 when he modeled for her fashion line—their relationship lasted for five years before it ended in 2017.

She has also dated golfer Hank Kuehne— the relationship began in 2006 and ended soon after their engagement in 2010.
