The beloved "This Morning" presenter, who has stunned the nation after shedding an astonishing 11 stone, shared a side-by-side comparison of two strikingly different photographs of herself — and the results have left her legions of fans utterly speechless.

In the first image, Hammond is captured beaming mid-workout, make-up free and gloriously unfiltered, in what appears to be a gym selfie. The second shows her in full, breathtaking glamour — polished and radiant, presumably prepared for the cameras of "This Morning". The contrast is nothing short of jaw-dropping.

"Without or with make up, I'll always be enough!" Hammond wrote in her caption, her warmth and wit as disarming as ever. "Embrace both looks and keep it real. Your beauty is you and the fact there ain't no one like you in the whole wide world!"

Yet not all of the reaction was so effusive. A more sceptical contingent was quick to make their presence known.
"She must have an incredible make up artist. I would never have believed it was the same person," remarked one commenter. "How did you get such a slim face in struggling [sic]," pressed another. Others went further still, with one bluntly declaring, "Just be honest you took a ozempic everyone know this [sic]."

It is, of course, far from the first time that Hammond's remarkable transformation has set tongues wagging across the nation.

Alison Hammond, 51, is clearly living her best life — and she's got the glow to prove it. In a series of glam snaps posted online, the "This Morning" star looked radiant and confident, her slimmer figure draped in a fitted black mini dress that hugged her in all the right places.
Sitting sideways in a sleek grey armchair, legs elegantly crossed and smile beaming, Hammond turned heads with every pixel.
With her hair cascading over her shoulders in soft waves and a slick of glossy nude lipstick, the Brummie beauty sealed the look with a killer pair of fiery red stilettos. She captioned the show-stopping post:

And the internet could barely contain itself.
"Look at Alison's legs! Wow looking very slim 🔥," gasped one fan. "Unreaaaaaaal 😍," raved another. "Wow… speechless 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️," marvelled a third, echoing the thoughts of thousands.

"Hot" wasn't just an opinion — it was the overwhelming consensus.
Still, not every wellness fad gets her stamp of approval.
It's no surprise fans are floored. Since bursting onto screens on "Big Brother" in 2002, Hammond has been a constant source of laughter, light and unapologetic energy. But behind that effervescent charm was a woman who — at one point weighing 28 stone — decided it was time to put herself first.

Determined to take control of her health, she joined forces with a personal trainer and committed to overhauling her nutrition. The journey hasn't been about restriction, but about discovering what works for her — and that's where reformer pilates entered the picture.
"I've just started doing reformer Pilates and oh my God, it's so good," she told Closer last month. "You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch — I'm stiff as a board — so reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me."
Still, not every wellness fad gets her stamp of approval. "I did try one of those cold plunge pools once — and absolutely not!" she laughed.
But what truly sparked this new chapter wasn't a fitness trend — it was grief. Hammond opened up to Good Housekeeping about the heartbreaking loss of her mother, who suffered from Type 2 diabetes. Her passing was a wake-up call Hammond couldn't ignore — especially after she herself was diagnosed as pre-diabetic.
"My mum had Type 2 diabetes and she was worried for me, so when I then found out that I was pre-diabetic, that was frightening," she said. "I thought, 'I have to be an adult about this.' The sweets had to stop – and the fatty foods."

Through regular exercise and cutting down on sugar and fat, Hammond has since reversed her diagnosis. While she admits to still having insecurities about her arms and tummy, she has made peace with her body — and proudly loves her new figure.
